What else? Well everything with this wine is extraordinary, starting with the winemaker himself. Rumor has that Mr. Andjelic was IT expert, amateur boxer, journalist, co-minister in the first democratic Serbian government … At one moment he decided to start over as a winemaker, on the slopes of the Danube River not far from Belgrade. From the beginning, he has been forcing organic production, with Regent red (the only one in Serbia) and Panonia white, both new clone cultivar. Looks like the this choice was good, now Plavinci winery has 4 very exotic wines on offer, and from recently they also working wine tourism . As a reminder of the old web-warriors days , there is a their web site ,the best and most informative winery web site that I have ever seen, done in 12 languages, with a web shop.
