Merlot Sijacki 2012A dark ruby color with a brown shade on the edge. The smell of sweet cherries, plum and blackberry. Medium body. In the mouth a black cherries, raspberry and the gentle black chocolate in the background.Mature tannins and noticeable fruit acid. A medium to short, aromatic finish, cherries, plum and a pleasant fruit acid. Pretty fresh regarding to vintage.

What else ? Soft, drinkable, typical representative of Vojvodina style wines, aromatic and with a little bit more acids. Maybe the most valued Merlot on Fruska Gora, the producer Sijacki family has a great reputation in the wine-making world here. Also, they attract attention to the always very interesting labels of their wines. This Merlot has one of these.
