Color very light yellow. gentle smell of a elder. The body is full to medium, in the mouth elder, citrus and a little minerals. There are no modern things like smoke and vanilla oak 🙂 this is a real natural Sauvignon Blanc. Excellent balance. Finish is medium long, strong with minerals and plenty fruity acids.
