In the mouth full of taste of strawberry, almost sweet,and little herbaliness in the background that makes it interesting bitter-sweet taste. Good balanced, medium strong acid and good incorporated alcohol.Short fruit finish.
What else ? Very drinkable wine, a good combination of Merlot and Pinot Noir.For all seasons and for every opportunity. with or without food. Seeks to be cold, the winemaker recommends 8-10 C degrees.
