The color is golden yellow, strong and beautiful. The smell of sweet apple. Medium body. In the mouth a little slow, wonderful glides and spills around, low acids and excellent balance. Taste of melon and apples and a little spice. Medium length finish, sweet apple and spice, drinkable. Very elegant wine.
What else? A nice product of love of Chardonnay, sandy soil and oak barrrel. Very drinkable, can be consumed with or without food. As far as I have noticed, the younger generations love it as well. It does not appear on the market every year, only the best years go to the bar, so if you see a bottle somewhere, buy and carry it home
