Color dark red. Mild smell, black berries. Medium body. In the mouth glide around, delicious, the taste of cherries and blackberries. Very drinkable, Excellent balance. The finish is medium-long, sweet and pleasant, all the time you can taste the cherry. Not sulfur, not preservatives, just natural yeasts and everything else are natural. “Hard” organic.
Grapes from vineyards over 100 years old. Retro style, these wines were made in the first half of the last century. This wine cannot be found in free sale, only sold by grandfather Buda (spiritus moviens of Budimir winery), in his own old wine cellar, right next to the “big” new winery. It was presented at the First Serbian Festival of Natural and Orange Wines, to be shown what the old masters can do. I received the bottle as gift from the beautiful granddaughter Marija, and I thank her very much again.It’s hard to describe something so good and out of the ordinary, the only thing I can say is that anyone who comes to Zupa should not miss it.
