Color light yellow with orange shade.. Smell (not featured) fruit and dry grass. Middle body On the palate Sec, sharp, little fruity acidity, In the mouth citrus, orange peel and nuts, little bit of minerals.
Much fresh acidity. Middle finish, surprisingly mild, with the some aromatic resin at the and..
Totally atypical Tramminer. For some reason, love at first sip.
Although I do not like dry, fresh white wine, this fruity-resinous combination is suitable for me.
VintageĀ 2014 : Pale yellow color whit green shade.. In nose lychee and mild roses (very different from older brother).
Full body. In the mouth pleasant, fruity, green peaches and apples. In the middle long finish noticeable fruit acids.
Tastier than older brother, but without his personality too.
Vintage 2015 : Color pale green – yellow.. Taste of green peaches and some herbal, less aromatic and gentler than version 2014. And pleasant resinous component which gives it a special charm as the harvest in 2013, but milder. The body of medium to thin, imperceptible alcohol, fruit acids mild but noticeable. Mild aromatic finish.
What else? Three harvests, three quite different, but always interesting wines. This winery puts the spotlight on its award-winning Sauvignon Blanc, but this wine has its fans too.,previous vintages were sold out in the first season when they arrived in the marketĀ No doubt about it will be the same with vintage 2015.
