Color light yellow. Smell : In the beginning mild green peach, over time, after opening, strong peer and peach and some herbal in background. Medium body In. In the mouth aromatic, the green peach, dry plants. Pleasant dryness and well integrated alcohol . Medium bitter sweet finish, little fruit acids and with flavors of almonds in the background.
What else ? This wine is made of “Pannonia” grape variety, (the Serbian local cultivar created by interspecies.) which are, mainly, used in the blend with other white grapes. This is the first 100% pure Pannonia in the market, and it is, in our opinion, a very successful attempt. Very exotic, you should try anyway
