Matijasevic winery Sovinoa 2019
Summary
Rating: 5/5

Color shine golden yellow, crystal clear, nice. On the nose a mild elder, a slight lemon and a little herbalism. Body medium to full. In the mouth full of flavor, apple, green peach, a little gooseberry. Phenomenally balanced, fruit acids are there but they are blended properly, no alcohol is felt. Long finish, surprisingly herbally mineral and with even a bit of sweetness.
What else? New winery, new wines of a new style. Personally, if it weren’t the label, I wouldn’t have guessed that it was Sauvignon Blanc, because it’s different from all in the domestic market. The ladies from the surroundings were delighted, there were statements that its new thing is better even the favorites Jovic’s and Jeremic’s Sauvignon B. wines, I suggest we wait, this is the first harvest that came on the market, but all praise, very drinkable and good wine.
