2018. Heavy golden white, in the mouth elegant and a bit slow, taste of apples and wild honey, although not very aromatic. Classic.
2017. Surprise, very lively and merrily wine, with more aromaticity and strength than previous editions, but perfectly balanced like all so far. White peaches, citrus and a little herbalism. Long strong finish, fruity-crispy. Nice.
2016. We definitely didn’t skip it, but we forgot to describe it 🙂
2015. Color light yellow with golden shadow, The smell of fruits, dried flowers and spices. In the mouth a lot and rounded, silky structure. very elegant. Aromatic, clear muscatel aroma and a bit of white peach in the background. Alcohols perfectly integrated, acids, just as it should . Finish is long and mild, fruity – spicily, with nice barely perceptible acids
What else? One of our favorite white wine. Hard to find in stores, because it sell out immediately, leaving only younger sister: “ordinary” Tamjanika Spasic. 2018 is the tenth vintage we have tried. Constantly at the top of the white wine offer here. A journalist whose opinions we are respected says that this wine is “ideal for meditation” Very good description. If we talk about Yin – Yang principle in white wines here, this would be pure Yin. 🙂
