What else ? In the past this wine has been a proud representative of Pinot Noir from South Serbia (Kosovo*), with a small amount of Gamay and Vranac(local variety). Due to the heavy workload, due to market demand, it replaced elegance with robustness (I think now the percentage of Pinot Noir is about 40% and Vranac prevails)but still has the beauty and strength of the wine from the south Serbia and it is very good match with all kinds of domestic folk food. That’s why you should try it if you are in Serbia.
