Summary:

Kupilek JambresicDark red, almost black color, smell of black berries 🙂 and grape. In the mouth full, very extractive and very fruity, alcohole very well integrated. Nice balanced. Medium finish, very fruity. It is very likely that you will drink it as an aperitif or a dessert or just because it is very tasty, but you will not be mistaken even if you match it with some spicy food, because this is a full-grain wine, on the border between dry and semi-dry.

In the attempt to make natural, organic blackberry wine (without added sugar and additives) Mr. Jambresic decided to apply the technology that is used for grape wine production. After 3 weekly blackberries maceration and a few weeks of ripening processes, in the bottles goes tasty red wine which, apart from a strong fruity odor, difficult to distinguish from the Gamay-Merlot mix or youn Pinot Noir. Medical tests suggested that, apart from the specific taste, the increased volume of alcohols (10-12%) helps to the our organism better absorb iron, minerals and vitamins, and also helps the longevity of wine. ( Blackberry wine is rich in iron, magnesium, calcium, A, B and C vitamins and because of it is used and recommended in natural and homeopathic medicine)
So, tasty, organic and healthy. You can choose whether to use it as a medicine or wine or as both 🙂
