Color light golden yellow. The smell herbaceous-fruity. The body is full, In the mouth dry herbs, plenty of mineral aromas, and plenty of fruity acids. Good balance. The finish is rather long, mineral taste with much crunchy acid.
The first plant of Pinot Grigio in Zupa – Aleksandrovac. By the style – right white wine of central Serbia, strong, aromatic and looking for food. We’ll see how it will be when it’s been a few years older.
