2014 : Light yellow-green color. Fresh smell of apple and dry flowers.
Medium to thin body. In the mouth, mild fruit (limited appeal) minerals, some herbs and pleasant dryness. Well balanced. Short finish very refreshing and very tasty.
Vintage 2015 : Fresh smell of elder and dry flowers. Medium to thin body. In the mouth white peach, sweet apple, and little bit of minerals.. Well balanced too.. Short aromatic finish, with little sweetness, very tasty.
What else. The fourth vintage of this blend, just as successful as the previous. The most popular white wine from the “Temet” winery, all quantities given in the market are sold in the same season. One of our favorite summer wines.
