Thin red “salmon” color. Nose, gentle sweet cherry and herbal minerals. Body medium to thin. Mild tartness on the palate, in the mouth fruit some dry herbal notes and nuts. Mild medium finish without acidity. Very drinkable. Interesting taste considering that is 100 % Pinot Noir. Very original as well as other wines produced in this monastery.
Vintage 2015 : .Something stronger body than the older brother, and more fruit in the mouth. Retained specific herbal taste.. And a originality also.
An honest recommendation for this unusual rose wine.
