Golden yellow color, crystal transparent. Nice smell of apple and white peach. Medium body. Nicely glides in the mouth, tastes like an apple and a bit of herbalism in the background. Excellent balanced. Mild, medium long mineral finish. Very drinkable wine.
What else? A very pleasant surprise, we haven’t had such a well-balanced white mix in a long time. New winery from the north of the country, owner Mr. Tomislav is a technologist, who are,having gathered capital and courage, decided to start working independently. We wish him all the best and business success, judging by this wine, it is very real.
