The color is light golden yellow . Mild smell of flower and honey. Medium body. In the mouth, petroleum and minerality and dryness, apparent Rhine Riesling. Dryness and big bubbles say that it’s still young. Strong and short fresh finish. Organic. Very delicious Rhine Riesling in sparkling edition.
What else ? The producers of this wine are Estelle et Cyrille Bongiraud, the Francis who came to make wine at Eastern Serbia . They have a great circle of worshipers here, because of their interesting wines and also of great personal charm that both have. From the beginning they are forcing indigenous grape variety and organic production, because this part of Serbia is pure and intact nature land. Mostly export their wines, it is difficult to find it in Belgrade. We are the great fans of their Riesling (as I remember,from the beginning, vintage 2009). This Brut, though in sparkling variants and young, shows why connoisseurs say that in the Negotines area also good for Rhine Riesling as Alcase.
