Summary:

Kristal 2012Yellow color. Smell is mild, fruity. Medium body. On the palate pleasing tartness. ,in the mouth a lot of fruit acids, apple and citrus. The balance could be better. Short finish, surprisingly nice, without acidity. . Looks like a Slovenian and Croatian wines from the continent.

 

What else ? The unusual combination of grapes, result strong white wine, with local character, that ineeds food.The first batch of wines produced by students in the Agricultural School ” Sv Trifun” in Aleksandrovac town..
