2013 : Color light yellow, almost transparent. Strong and unusual very pleasant smell : pear and peach. Body is full, in the mouth sweet, a lot of freshness and fruitiness, again pear, a tropical fruit and some dried herbs, which gives it very characteristic taste.. Strong, a little rough but very drinkable. Beautiful strong medium long finish with a little bitterness.
2015: This is something quite different , perhaps because the vintage or to demands of the market. New bottle and new taste. Dry wine, bright yellow color, on the nose of tropical fruit and sweet apple. In the mouth, powerful and aromatic, fruit and dried herbs at background. Acids strong but nicely integrated., Finish is l fairly long and aromatic.
Although completely different from its predecessor (which was our one of favorites of the semi-sweet wines ) we liked its because of its characteristic taste of dried herbs which is very distinctive.
This winery forcing other white varieties, we think that in Arsenijevic Chardonnay would be paid attention in the future too.
