Vintage 2011 is one I’ll remember for a long. It is no longer on sale ( maybe in the winery ? ) .  So dark red color, smell of plums jam prevails over the berries, cedar wood and a coffee in the background. In the mouth soft, velvet texture, plenty fruitenes, nice soft tannin, well balanced alcohol and acid, almost unnoticed. Medium finish , fruity and smooth . Real wine for a long enjoying. Opened 60 min before drink.

Vintage 2013 : Dark red ruby color. The smell of plum and berries, after opened cherry, spices and little vanilla. ,Medium to full body On the palate much fruit , spices and well arranged oak in the background. Strong, ripe tannin. Medium long finish, good balanced. Quite lively and a little stronger than his older brother. Opened 90 min before drink.

Vintage 2014 showed up with a slightly different label (strong red stripe at the bottom, like in the small pic.) Body is thinner, the flavor is richer fruity and less spice then in previous vintage. It seems that the CS prevailed, and also this year was very bad for winegrowers. In the mouth sour cherry and forest berries, plum is almost invisible., fresh fruit acidity, and good balanced.

Vintage 2015. Premiere in  November 2016. The estimated as best young wine at the fair. A lot of body, very fruity, very strong, already show the refinement that this blend otherwise have. We are waiting! :)!

Vintage 2016. Fruity, calm in the mouth, slightly thinner than 2015 and perfectly balanced. Remembered as a wine that was most drunk in the first year of Covid :).

Vintage 2017.Even though it is 4 years old he looks like he got into a bottle yesterday. In the mouth little bit wild, strong taste of sweet black cherry, discreet bariquee, noticeable fruit acids, but good balance. Open 60 minutes before serving

What else ? The story says that Mr. Cilic is one of our most educated  young wine technologists and very open-minded person.  And he also has his own winery. so this allows him to make experiments with his wines..The results are interesting, many different styles and different flavors. But there was not with this wine. Since the beginning, the same classical style and the same good quality. Some kind of standards for CS-M blend here, hopefully it will stay that way.
