72. Dusa Balkana 2010 – Dusa winery

Summary:

 Dusa Balkana 2010 - Dusa wineryColor dark red with violet nuance Nose: blackberry jam, dark cherry plum in background.  Medium body. Lot of fruits, low tannin and lot of acid in the mouth. Lacks balance. In the middle finish fruits, sweet, sour and much acid. Ultimately looking for food.

 

Well previous description is not complimentary. We assumed that this wine will be aromatic, easy drinking wine (the origin of Negotin, the composition of fruit, colors,..) Did not work. ;( And then we accidentally join it with the remains of Chinese food (pork in sour, hot sauce) And the miraculous thing happened. . Completely different wine, fruity and delicious. The next day we repeated the experiment with another bottle. Only wine – sour work. With grilled soya or sweet – chilli cooked beef very goodness.Conclusion – heavy, spicy foods? On the other hand very lively and wild In consideration of the vintage.. Confusing. We’ll try again next vintage for the final judgment.
